We offer two dental plan options: the Simple Standard Plan and the Simple Premium Plan, both administered by 90 Degree Benefits. These plans are designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. The district fully covers the monthly cost for employees enrolled in the Standard Plan with employee-only coverage. You can visit any dentist, and benefits are paid according to a specified schedule. Key features of our dental plans include:

  • Coverage for all procedures, except cosmetic ones.
  • Cosmetic procedures, such as veneers and whitening services, are not covered.
  • Benefits are paid based on a simple reimbursement schedule.

Claims Administration

Many dentists file claims with Simple for your convenience.  However, if your provider is unable to file your dental claims, you may provide an itemized receipt to Simple for processing.  Mail to Simple, 2810 Premiere Parkway, Suite 400, Duluth GA 30097. 

The Importance of Preventive Dental Care

We encourage all employees to obtain regular oral exams and cleanings for several reasons.  Poor oral health can lead to conditions such as heart attacks and strokes.  Preventive dental visits can help identify conditions like oral cancer, which is treatable when detected early.

Preventive care services as defined by the plan and noted above are covered 100% (subject to the annual maximum benefit).

Member Portal

As a Simple Dental Plan member, you’ll receive access to a member portal. The dental plans are administered by 90 Degree Benefits.  This means that 90 Degree Benefits manages the plan eligibility and claims.  You can review your annual benefits, claims information, plan documents, and covered dependents on the portal, and a convenient mobile app is also available.
