Term Life Insurance with AD&D

Thomas County Schools provides employer-paid basic life insurance coverage of $10,000 for all eligible employees. This plan also includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, which offers additional benefits in the event of death or certain injuries, such as the loss of limbs, speech, or hearing, caused by a covered accident.

Employees can also purchase additional voluntary term life insurance and AD&D coverage for themselves and their spouses through Lincoln Financial. Life insurance coverage for children is available as well, though it does not include AD&D benefits. It’s important to review your current coverage to ensure it adequately meets your family’s financial needs in the event of your passing.
